Job description
职位概况
负责半导体无尘室关键厂务系统（超纯水、特气、化学品、电力、空调等）24/7 稳定运行，通过巡检、预防性保养和故障排除确保生产不中断。
主要职责
- 执行预防性保养（PM）并监控系统运行，实现 100% 正常运行时间。
- 遵守 LOTO 与 PPE 规范，确保零工安事故。
- 快速诊断并处理系统警报，降低对生产的影响。
- 完成维护记录与巡检报告，为工程提供可靠数据。
任职要求
- 3 年以上半导体或高科技厂房运转维护经验。
- 工科相关专科或以上学历（机械、电机、电子、化工、环工等）。
- 具备基础英文阅读能力，中文流利。
必备技能
- 泵浦、阀件、感测器、管路系统的维护与维修。
- P&ID 与电路单线图识图能力。
- 高低压配电、UPS 及大型变压器维护经验。
- 超纯水（RO/EDI/UV）与废水处理系统操作经验。
- 乙级/丙级室内配线或机电证照。
