职位概况
我们正在招聘机器操作员 II，负责执行生产作业任务，遵守EHS政策，确保生产线安全、准时运行。
主要职责
- 遵守环境安全卫生政策并及时上报问题或事故。
- 严格执行工艺和质量SOP，避免违规或绕行。
- 每日进行工艺和设备点检，尤其在复线前。
- 按计划执行生产任务，防止意外停机或延误。
- 及时报告质量问题、设备故障及异常情况。
- 按照作业指导书使用正确工具操作设备，防止材料浪费和污染。
- 关注能源与耗材节约，持续改进工作流程。
- 完成主管交付的其他任务。
任职要求
- 具备5S实施经验。
- 熟悉移动式机器及电气设备的操作。
- 有产品检验、数据核对及录入的经验，以进行质量监控。
- 能够适应四班二轮轮班制。
- 具备基本的英文阅读写作能力。
- 具备基本电脑操作技能。
- 有化学品操作经验者优先。
