职位概况
我们正在寻找具备技术背景的客户服务工程师，负责公司产品在现场或内部的安装、调试、维修与培训，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 分析并解决产品安装、启动及运行过程中的系统、组件和设备问题。
- 按照公司维修流程，对客户退回的产品进行维修或校准。
- 维护并提升客户关系，确保客户满意度。
- 组织并实施面向客户或内部同事的本地培训课程。
- 编写并更新技术文档、日志、设备性能数据及零件使用记录。
- 根据需要出差至客户现场提供服务。
任职要求
- 电气、电子、化工、材料、环境等相关专业本科以上学历。
- 至少2年相关服务工作经验。
- 具备较强的主动性、沟通能力，能够与客户进行技术讨论。
- 具备基础的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
- 能够承受工作压力，具备团队合作精神。
- 接受国内外出差，可能包括夜间、周末及假期工作。
必备技能
- 电气/电子系统故障诊断与维修
- 技术文档编写与维护
- 现场培训与客户沟通
