About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will support the organization by managing recruitment activities and providing HR consultation to managers and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment tasks, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate sourcing and recruitment approaches.
- Proactively source and engage potential candidates through recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Plan and execute recruitment initiatives, including internship programs, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
- Provide HR consultation and support to managers and employees on company policies, people matters, and employee‑related topics, while connecting with COE and SSC resources to provide appropriate HR solutions.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Manage local employee programs, including EAP, employee car insurance, and health check programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and support HR case management.
- Support and execute various HR projects.
