HR Infra & Analytics Specialist

About the role

HTC is looking for an HR Infra & Analytics Specialist to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of HR data, systems, and core processes. You will translate HR information into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and related tools while supporting daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR master and organizational data, perform quality checks, and resolve data issues.
• Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and recurring data requests using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Support daily execution of Organization Management, Performance Management, and Travel Management processes.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities, leveraging Power Automate and Power Query.
• Participate in system and process improvement projects, including testing, data validation, and go‑live support.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, HRIS, data analytics, business analytics, or information systems.
• Practical experience with HR data, reporting, or HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of data logic, relationships, and quality standards.
