Recruiter – Early‑Career & Campus Hiring (Taiwan & Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead early‑career hiring initiatives across Taiwan and Singapore. The role will focus on building university partnerships, managing internship and graduate programs, and attracting junior talent for various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, professors and student organisations.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, information sessions and employer branding events.
• Manage internship and fresh‑graduate programmes from workforce planning through onboarding and follow‑up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand junior‑level hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for interns, graduates and junior positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines via universities, online platforms, social media and employee referrals.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support regional talent‑acquisition projects and travel to universities or events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience, with hands‑on campus hiring.
• Strong project‑management, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across Taiwan and Singapore based on business needs.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
