About the role

Mercor is seeking a part‑time legal specialist to create high‑quality multiple‑choice questions on Taiwanese or Hong Kong law. The work is fully remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to contribute your legal expertise to an AI evaluation dataset.

Key responsibilities

• Write original multiple‑choice questions in Traditional Chinese covering Taiwanese or Hong Kong legal topics.
• Design exam‑style items with ten answer options and provide a worked solution for each.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure the dataset meets AI research requirements.
• Manage your own schedule and meet project deadlines independently.

Required profile

• Law degree or national equivalent.
• Preferably at least two years of practicing law.
• Based in or educated in Taiwan or Hong Kong.
• Native‑level proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
