Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programmes.
• Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems effectively.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR‑related matters.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy and operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret HR data and drive improvements.
