Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

This position sits at the heart of the PMO, driving the creation and maintenance of internal digital tools that boost cross‑team collaboration and operational efficiency. You will split your time between full‑stack development, AI integration, and supporting project‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain workflow, project‑tracking, and dashboard systems for the PMO.
• Integrate and deploy Generative AI solutions, including LLM APIs, summarisation, analytics, containerisation and cloud rollout.
• Ensure code quality, scalability and maintainability through testing, clean‑code practices and robust architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support schedule tracking, issue and risk follow‑up, and process adoption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in both front‑end and back‑end development using any major framework or language.
• Familiarity with relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, Docker and cloud deployment platforms.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI models and prompting techniques.
• Strong communication skills and basic project‑coordination experience.
