About the role

Join EY’s Tax Services team as a consultant who helps clients adopt intelligent automation tools for tax processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design system solutions, and ensure successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to capture detailed tax automation requirements.
• Configure, design, and test low‑code/no‑code solutions such as UiPath and Power Platform.
• Deliver client training and provide on‑site or remote support during go‑live and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to redesign business processes, embed controls, and improve data quality across finance and IT systems.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with a proactive learning mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into technical designs.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in tax, finance, or related industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with low‑code/no‑code automation tools (UiPath, Power Platform).
• Programming knowledge in VBA or C#.
• Familiarity with tax or financial processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
