Full Stack Engineer – AI Neobank

About the role

We are seeking a product‑focused Full Stack Engineer to help build and ship features for BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank app. You will work across the entire tech stack, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end services, turning ambiguous ideas into reliable, user‑friendly products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end product features spanning front‑end, back‑end, APIs and databases.
• Create and maintain customer and internal workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch quickly and iterate post‑release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual effort and enable teams to operate at scale.
• Own the full lifecycle of your work: monitor performance, debug issues, gather feedback and continuously improve.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack engineering experience with shipped products.
• Comfortable working across front‑end, back‑end, APIs and databases.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
