About the role
The Franchise Buying Specialist will support adidas’ mission by managing wholesale and franchise orderbooks, analysing sales data, and planning product assortments. You will work closely with product, marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure the right products reach the right points of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to develop seasonal assortment plans for franchise partners.
- Monitor sell‑through performance, generate actionable insights and adjust allocations to maximise sales.
- Coordinate product launches across POS, ensuring timely and consistent execution.
- Produce pre‑order reports, manage pre‑order adjustments and oversee replenishment processes for franchise stores.
- Create monthly product removal lists based on product lifecycle and support merchandising decisions with regular reporting.
Required profile
- University degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of store operations experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- General knowledge of consumer goods, retail and wholesale networks.
- Average proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
