Founder's Office - Finance Super App Expansion

About the role

DoitWe, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for high-ownership generalists to join its Founder's Office for the expansion of its finance super app. The role suits builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships. It is based in Taiwan and is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring and operating plans.
• Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners and business models.
• Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines and next actions.
• Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations and country teams.
• Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents and execution rhythms.
• Own urgent business problems until they are solved.

Required profile

• Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing and sharp business judgement.
• Able to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly.
• Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research and execution.
• Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow through.
• Fast, resourceful and calm under pressure; handles ambiguity without drama.
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

The role is not for people who only want strategy decks, who need a fixed job scope, or who avoid follow-up, admin or operational work. The interview process is fast: online assessment or practical task, then a role-specific interview and a CEO/final round, with offers aimed at strong candidates within a week of starting interviews.
