Global Cash Operations Analyst - NCT

About the role

Deutsche Bank is hiring a Global Cash Operations Analyst (NCT) in Taipei. The role ensures timely, complete and accurate processing of information, including performing all relevant controls within its area of responsibility. It involves time-critical, complex or regulated tasks, and requires escalating operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads. The analyst may also build and manage relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments for cross-border transactions
• Produce daily CBC reports
• Ensure all payment processing complies with regulator requirements
• Coordinate inquiries from internal and external parties according to product processes
• Take part in system enhancements and user acceptance testing
• Comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Handle ad hoc requests

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience, especially in banking operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective spoken and written English and Mandarin

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of process automation is preferred
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and optimise workflows, with responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
