Senior Manager, Price Sharpness

About the role

The Price Sharpness team ensures Coupang's price effectiveness through a rigorous audit of product pricing against company policies. It finds the root causes of pricing gaps, works with the operations team to escalate issues and build sustainable process solutions, and leads audit efficiency and quality. The Senior Manager leads this work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead price sharpness audits and generate reports, including sampling Coupang products to benchmark comparable sellers and maintain and upgrade audit templates
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation: investigate audit failures and work with stakeholders to fix processes
• Build and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and share best practices and audit observations
• Document and control quality: peer review audit results internally and record corrective actions for audit defects
• Handle other ad-hoc financial program management tasks

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in process setup, operations and audit
• Ability to carry out operational processes within timelines
• Ability to understand and apply standards and policies, and to fix process defects

• SQL and Power BI are preferred
