Floor Manager

About the role

We are opening our first COS store in Taichung and are looking for a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor. You will create memorable customer experiences, inspire a team of Sales Advisors, and ensure the brand’s standards are lived out daily.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data with the Store Manager to optimise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing the best experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to maintain continuity.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, with solid knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset and genuine passion for the product range.
• Eagerness to learn, open to feedback and committed to personal development.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to organise and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
