Financial Accountant – Global Finance

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Financial Accountant to join its global finance team. You will support routine financial reporting, month‑end close, and balance‑sheet reconciliations while providing insights on costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and non‑finance functions.
• Analyze journal entries, produce data analyses, and support variance analysis.
• Prepare annual audit information for external auditors.
• Recommend efficiency improvements through automation.
• Implement financial controls, including system reconciliations and data integrity checks.
• Plan and execute month‑end activities, including journal entry processing.
• Perform any other tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Seasoned experience in financial accounting, preferably within a global organization.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
