Finance Manager – Fiat (Crypto & AI Focus)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full financial management cycle for its fiat operations across the region. The role combines traditional finance responsibilities with a strong focus on AI‑driven process optimisation and crypto‑related financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end and year‑end close, general ledger maintenance, balance‑sheet reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in line with group policies and local standards.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, management accounts and variance analyses, delivering clear insights on entity performance.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled workflow and reporting improvements to increase efficiency.
• Lead external audit coordination, serve as primary liaison, manage audit schedules and drive resolution of findings.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and track actuals versus budget, flagging material variances.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, financial controlling or senior accounting roles, preferably in crypto, payments or multinational environments.
• Proven experience managing external audit cycles, ideally with Big 4 or public accounting background.
• Ability to work in an unstructured, ambiguous environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong interest and working knowledge of AI tools and automation applied to finance functions.
