Finance Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Finance Accountant to join our Taipei finance team. The role focuses on accounts payable and provides cross‑functional support, ideal for recent graduates or professionals seeking to deepen practical finance skills in a global, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with tax filing and liaise with the National Tax Bureau.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve expense or invoice issues.
• Support month‑end closings and perform account reconciliations.
• Organise financial documents and aid daily finance operations.
• Work with ERP systems such as Oracle, Concur, and Ariba, and utilise automation tools.
• Potentially expand into accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury tasks, and audit preparation.
• Participate in local finance process improvement and digitisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills for email and system use.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic formulas; pivot tables a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP or finance systems such as Oracle, Concur or Ariba.
