About the role
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join Eaton’s Electrical Business in Tainan. The role focuses on delivering after‑sales support for UPS, MBP and LVSWGR systems, ensuring reliable operation for our customers across data centre, industrial and commercial markets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑site installation, commissioning and maintenance of UPS, MBP and LVSWGR equipment.
- Conduct battery replacements, repairs and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
- Develop and maintain service procedures and SOPs for after‑sales activities.
- Drive product quality improvements and support application planning for UPS products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the power industry.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and good communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of electronic circuits.
- Hands‑on experience with UPS, MBP and LVSWGR systems.
- Installation, maintenance and battery replacement expertise.
- Ability to create and follow service SOPs.
