Field Sales Specialist – Off‑Premise (Red Bull)

About the role

The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Red Bull’s off‑premise presence in the assigned territory of Tainan City. You will ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and cooler installations while executing regional promotional activities to maximise sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Territory coverage: visit all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies, complete allocated calls and generate new business leads.
• Perfect Store implementation: maintain Red Bull’s in‑store standards, improve visibility, add placements and install coolers.
• Stock management: monitor orders, keep shelves stocked and maximise SKU listings.
• Promotion activation: execute agreed promotions, propose regional activities and coordinate with account and store managers.
• Administration & reporting: complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, and ensure head‑office agreements are followed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG (branded or retail).
• Strong understanding of off‑premise channels.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
• Commercial awareness and basic commercial maths.
• University degree.
• Mandarin and business‑level English.
• Valid driving licence for car and motorbike.
