F&B Guest Relations Executive – Supervisor

About the role

The F&B Guest Relations Executive (Supervisor) ensures every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and a memorable dining experience. This role oversees the reservation system, coordinates special events, and supports the restaurant team in delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and bid farewell on departure, ensuring a gracious experience.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, including preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions.
• Identify VIPs, repeat guests, and distinguished clientele to tailor their dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Supervise the restaurant reservation system, ensuring accurate bookings and optimal seating arrangements.
• Monitor reservation trends, guest flow, waitlists, and walk‑in guests to maximize capacity and business opportunities.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to service and kitchen teams.
• Coordinate special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and private dining.
• Liaise with the Guest Service Centre and Food & Beverage Reservations team to capture and convey guest needs.
• Supervise, train, and guide the hostess team, ensuring consistent service excellence and professional grooming.
• Conduct pre‑service briefings to update staff on reservations, VIP arrivals, and event requirements.
• Maintain menus in excellent condition, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and assist with operational planning.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience supervising a hostess or front‑of‑house team is preferred.
