Facility Engineer – Electrical & HVAC Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Engineer to join our Kaohsiung plant, supporting the maintenance of electrical, HVAC and utility systems that keep our semiconductor manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution equipment and high‑voltage power systems.
• Maintain and service heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration units across the facility.
• Monitor utility systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal operational performance.
• Document maintenance activities and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in plant service or facility maintenance supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑voltage power equipment and HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
