Facilities Technician – Building Systems Maintenance

About the role

JLL is seeking a Technician to support day‑to‑day operational M&E activities across a portfolio of buildings. The role involves maintaining a wide range of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems while ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems including air‑conditioning, UPS, CRAC, switchgear, alarm, BMS, access‑card, fire protection, water supply & drainage, PA and AV systems.
• Perform interior technical works and repairs on furniture, carpets, walls, ceilings and glass doors.
• Respond to client requests, site complaints, system alarms and emergency situations; write incident reports and analyse root causes.
• Conduct daily inspections, equipment checks and meter readings.
• Supervise vendors and contractors for corrective and preventive maintenance, including briefings and power‑shutdown activities.
• Assist with project works, internal moves, adds and changes.

Required profile

• More than three years of relevant experience in building systems maintenance.
• Class C (or higher) license for indoor wiring and refrigeration/air‑conditioning.
• Responsible, dedicated, able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
