FA Technician – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Vishay Siliconix is seeking an FA (Failure Analysis) Technician to support its MOSFET production line in Kaohsiung. The role focuses on executing engineer‑assigned tasks, operating equipment according to manuals, and applying technical knowledge to minimise machine downtime and meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned missions using equipment manuals and technical expertise.
• Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Meet output schedules while ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
• Maintain disciplined work practices and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor field (preferred).
• Technical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work under the guidance of engineers or section heads.
