Export Agent – Customer Experience

About the role

As an Export Agent, CX you will be the primary point of contact for Maersk's GCA Air customers, delivering a superior customer experience and proactively addressing issues. You will work closely with internal teams across stations and the DOC to ensure smooth end‑to‑end shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main advocate for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Own the customer experience, aiming for best‑in‑class service and rapid issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution from origin to destination.
• Follow agreed processes and standards, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with customer‑specific IOPs.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other technical software.
• Ability to use technology effectively while traveling.
