EC Key Account Manager, Food Aggregator

About the role

The EC Key Account Manager will lead the Food Aggregator team (Uber Eats, Food Panda) to achieve sales targets for JRGTW. You will shape strategy, optimise promotions, and coach a high‑performing team while collaborating closely with marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Food Aggregator strategy, aligning with marketing on pricing and product offers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales reviews, identify growth drivers, and present actionable insights.
• Monitor market trends, platform developments, competitor activity, and consumer performance.
• Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and joint business initiatives with aggregator partners.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, oversee volume forecasts, and manage advertising & promotion (A&P) budgets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on menu design, pricing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure all promotional materials comply with legal and YUM guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop the EC team to meet KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in FMCG e‑commerce or EC platforms; experience with aggregator platforms is a plus.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing account strategies, joint business planning, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of digital media, trade marketing, and budget management.
