职位概况
负责通过电话联系线上渠道的潜在司机伙伴，推动其完成平台注册并加入Lalamove，提升配送运能。
主要职责
- 每日外拨联系潜在司机，管理并跟进名单。
- 引导司机完成平台注册、文件确认及账号启用。
- 说明平台合作模式与奖励制度，提升加入意愿。
- 维护系统数据，更新司机名单状态。
- 收集司机需求与反馈，协助优化招募流程。
任职要求
- 具备目标导向，能够达成每日联络与转化指标。
- 良好的电话沟通与说服能力，能建立信任。
- 积极韧性，面对拒绝保持正向。
- 优秀的组织与名单管理能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel）。
