职位概况
负责台湾市场端到端物流与配送运营，涵盖进出口清关、仓储、国内运输、订单出货及退货流程。每周可在家工作一天，与区域供应链及本地业务团队紧密合作。
主要职责
- 管理进出口通关、仓储、国内运输及末端交付，确保OTIF指标达标。
- 监督第三方物流（3PL）服务商，制定并执行KPI、SLA及绩效评估。
- 建立库存管控机制，处理批次管理、账实差异及异常改善。
- 分析物流费用，推动成本优化及流程精益化。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，物流或供应链相关专业佳。
- 8年以上物流、配送或供应链运营经验，具备管理团队经历。
- 熟悉消费品、零售或FMCG行业，高服务要求的运营经验。
- 具备英文沟通能力，可用于跨国会议及报告。
必备技能
- 3PL管理与供应商绩效提升。
- 进出口物流、仓储、库存及国内运输管理。
- ERP、WMS、TMS系统操作经验。
- KPI管理与数据分析能力。
- 英语书面及口头沟通能力。
