Director, Transaction Banking Sales – North Asia

About the role

As Director of Transaction Banking Sales for North Asia, you will lead the growth of ANZ's Transaction Banking franchise in Taiwan. You will expand existing client relationships and create new business opportunities across Payments & Cash Management and Trade & Supply Chain solutions, positioning ANZ as a trusted partner for large corporates and multinationals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and grow existing PCM and TSC business in line with ANZ’s strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to enhance revenue generation and profitability.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Segment Heads, and Transaction Banking leadership on account planning and opportunity identification.
• Deliver coordinated client outcomes through collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Implementation teams.
• Identify and execute “throw and catch” opportunities across the ANZ network to boost overall Transaction Banking revenue.
• Evaluate Trade & Supply Chain financing opportunities and provide high‑quality analysis following product guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong risk awareness by identifying, escalating, and managing potential risks.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in transaction banking sales or related corporate banking functions.
• Track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth with large corporate or multinational clients.
• Strong analytical abilities and risk awareness.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with relationship teams, product partners, and global stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwanese corporate market and regulatory environment.
