Director, Program Management - Catalog AI & Quality

About the role

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a highly technical Program Management leader to reimagine catalog quality and catalog operations through AI and LLM-powered solutions. The role sits at the intersection of program management, product management, data and AI, leading scalable workflows that automatically identify, evaluate and resolve catalog quality issues across millions of product listings. It calls for a hands-on builder who can leverage LLMs, design data pipelines, build MVPs with small teams and scale them quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives on catalog quality and catalog upgrades at scale
• Identify catalog defects, quality issues and customer experience gaps through deep data analysis
• Define gold standards for product titles, attributes, images and catalog content
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows to detect and resolve catalog issues automatically
• Build and validate MVP solutions with AI tools and small cross-functional teams
• Set up evaluation frameworks for prompt engineering and LLM output quality
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Business and Operations teams to scale solutions
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve search relevance and conversion metrics
• Own problems end to end, from identification through implementation to measuring business impact

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, product operations, data products or related fields
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and AI to real business problems
• Hands-on experience designing workflows, automation or data pipelines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to find root causes in data
• Able to build MVPs independently and iterate fast
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

Preferred qualifications

• Catalog management, search, recommendation, marketplace or e-commerce experience
• Product management in a large technology company
• Prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks and AI product development
• Background from Amazon, Uber, Airbnb, Agoda or similar
• Experience with large datasets and consumer-facing products
