职位概况

Coupang 台灣 Catalog Onboarding 團隊負責將不同來源的商品資料轉換為符合品質要求的目錄資料。此職缺需使用 SQL 與 Python 處理及分析資料，維護 ETL 資料流程，透過自動化降低重複性作業與人工作業風險，並與相關團隊合作釐清資料問題與根因。

主要职责

開發與優化 SQL 查詢，提升商品目錄與營運資料的取得速度與準確度
維護資料擷取、轉換、驗證與載入的 ETL 流程，處理失敗、重跑與異常狀況
整合多來源商品資料，處理欄位對應、格式不一致、重複紀錄與資料衝突
建立資料品質檢核機制，追蹤資料完整性問題並與利害關係人協作修正
自動化日常資料作業與分析流程，加入驗證、監控與例外處理機制
建立營運指標、儀表板與報表，從數據中提出改善建議

任职要求

具備 SQL 查詢開發經驗，能處理複雜查詢並優化效能
具備 ETL 或資料管線開發與維護經驗
能整合多來源結構化資料，並具備資料流程自動化經驗
能從資料中辨識模式與異常，並能將營運需求轉化為指標與行動建議
具備儀表板或商業報表開發經驗
曾在資料流程中使用生成式 AI 或提示工程，並具備商務英文能力
能獨立安排工作優先順序，並在發現風險時主動溝通

ETL 資料管線開發與維護
Python（偏好）
Google Sheets 自動化流程（加分）
