Digital Communication Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead digital communication initiatives for L'OREAL Taiwan. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, influencer management and event execution to strengthen the brand’s presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy aligned with international brand guidelines and local business objectives.
• Identify, engage and manage KOLs and influencers, negotiate contracts, oversee content creation and track campaign performance.
• Plan and execute major brand events and product launches, handling concept development, budgeting, logistics and post‑event analysis.
• Create high‑quality, brand‑consistent content for websites, social media and marketing campaigns, and maintain content calendars.
• Monitor online conversations, manage brand reputation, and support crisis communication when needed.
• Track key performance indicators, produce regular performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Solid experience in digital communication within the beauty, luxury or fashion industry.
• Proven track record in KOL/influencer management and event planning.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Passion for public relations and a high sense of luxury or fashion, with strong media and opinion‑leader connections.
