职位概况
负责运用机器学习和数据分析技术，为公司业务创造价值并推动收入增长，需处理结构化与非结构化数据。
主要职责
- 收集、清洗并分析来自多源的数据。
- 使用 Tableau 等工具进行探索性数据分析与可视化。
- 开发、实现并优化营销、活动效果及产品优化等业务场景的机器学习模型。
- 与业务团队合作，提供决策支持并沟通分析结果。
- 持续关注数据科学前沿技术与行业动态。
任职要求
- 3 年以上使用 Python 或 SAS 的数据科学工作经验。
- 具备扎实的机器学习建模与问题解决能力。
- 熟练进行预测建模、数据挖掘和统计分析。
- 计算机科学、统计学、应用数学等相关专业硕士以上学历。
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
