Country Manager

About the role

As the founding partner responsible for NOAH’s presence in Taiwan, you will lead the development of both the Ark Wealth Management and Olive Asset Management platforms. This senior position combines strategic leadership, team building, distribution, and compliance oversight to create a market‑leading operation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a medium‑to‑long‑term Taiwan market strategy aligned with NOAH’s dual‑platform positioning.
• Identify, due‑diligence, and localise global investment products while building a robust distribution network of private banks, IFAs, and family offices.
• Develop high‑value relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors, and forge strategic alliances with local financial, legal, and tax partners.
• Recruit, train, and lead a local team from scratch, establishing talent development and incentive frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission regulations and NOAH’s global risk management standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or related financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Taiwan’s high‑net‑worth market and an established client network.
• Proven ability to build a regional business from zero to one with strong commercial acumen.
• Track record of senior‑level negotiations, market penetration, and resource integration.
• Leadership experience in building and scaling high‑performance teams.
