Country HR Manager – Lead HR Strategy for Industrial MNC

About the role

The Country HR Manager will partner with the regional HR Leader and the Country General Manager to drive the implementation of HR strategy, policies and processes across the organization. This senior position requires autonomy, flexibility and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead core HR processes including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, learning & development, payroll, compensation and benefits.
• Consult with stakeholders to adapt HR policies to local labor law and corporate standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and coach the HR team.
• Partner with hiring managers to secure quality talent on time.
• Support career development, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Promote a high‑performance culture and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Organization Development or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience in a commercial/industrial setting.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international company.
• Strong service mindset and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Good understanding of local labor law.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
