Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – International Mid‑Market

About the role

HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve a portfolio of International Mid‑Market corporate clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored banking solutions and supporting the growth of our customers across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of IMM corporate clients, providing end‑to‑end relationship management.
• Develop strategic dialogues with clients, understand their business needs and propose creative, flexible solutions.
• Enhance customer service quality and deepen the bank’s wallet share.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and recommend appropriate facility structures.
• Prepare credit applications, including industry analysis, financial analysis, cash‑flow projection and trade‑cycle assessment.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across product lines, business segments and regional teams.
• Safeguard the bank from potential losses by monitoring credit risk and ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business‑related field.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑focused mindset and high level of drive.
• Proven ability to conduct financial analysis and make sound credit recommendations.
• Experience working with corporate clients in a banking environment is preferred.
