About the role

As a core member of the finance team, you will support Red Bull Taiwan by ensuring compliance with group controlling guidelines, driving efficiency, and providing data‑driven insights to commercial teams. You will act as a trusted business partner, delivering regular reports and analyses that influence commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Group Controlling guidelines and maintain an effective financial reporting framework.
• Design, manage and improve financial systems, reporting processes and information distribution to budget owners.
• Support bottom‑up planning, forecasting, budgeting and long‑term financial planning with high accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide profitability analysis, trade‑term simulations, budget reallocations and scenario modelling.
• Prepare and validate weekly sales reports, calculate volume, price and mix impacts, and produce KPI dashboards.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, financial modelling and business case development for new initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or controlling, preferably within a consumer‑goods or beverage environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with commercial functions.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
