Commercial Finance Assistant Manager – Taiwan

About the role

As a Commercial Finance Assistant Manager at Moët Hennessy, you will act as the financial co‑pilot for the commercial business in Taiwan. Working closely with Sales, Customer Marketing and senior leadership, you will ensure that every commercial decision contributes to profitable and sustainable growth. The role is highly strategic, bridging finance, sales and strategy to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to design and evaluate commercial deals that maximise revenue, profitability and return on investment.
• Provide fact‑based challenge and influence on commercial decisions, supporting contract negotiations and business planning.
• Drive a culture of financial accountability and value creation across the organisation.
• Develop pricing architecture and channel investment strategies based on market dynamics and profitability analysis.
• Lead revenue growth initiatives through pricing, mix, promotion effectiveness, trade terms and channel strategies.
• Conduct scenario modelling to assess opportunities for margin, revenue and market‑share improvement.
• Support the business case development, financial rigour and post‑implementation review of growth projects.
• Monitor key commercial and financial KPIs linked to revenue growth initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial finance, preferably within a luxury goods or beverage environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent partnership skills to work with sales, marketing and leadership teams.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions with a value‑creation focus.
• Experience in pricing, trade investment governance and revenue growth management.
