Catalog Marketing Manager (Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for a Catalog Marketing Manager to grow SMET’s music catalog in Taiwan. The role will design and execute innovative digital campaigns that deepen fan engagement and expand the audience for our Mandopop catalog.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch high‑reach campaigns celebrating artist milestones, album anniversaries, cultural events and seasonal moments.
• Collaborate with frontline marketing teams to warm up audiences and promote catalog releases.
• Use streaming and market data to identify target audiences, optimise campaign performance and track results.
• Produce pitch presentations, manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets.
• Grow monthly listeners by optimizing catalog listings, metadata, SEO and playlist placements on streaming platforms.
• Maintain and update catalog product information, resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with SMET standards.
• Work closely with physical‑sales teams to explore vinyl and CD revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of launching end‑to‑end music‑related marketing campaigns in Taiwan.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through multi‑platform, omnichannel initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Taiwanese music culture, consumer trends and behavior.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience crafting campaigns grounded in analytics.
