About the role
Flexii is seeking motivated Business Development Specialists to accelerate its growth across Taiwan. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the platform’s reach within core verticals such as retail, logistics, and hospitality, driving revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for target verticals.
- Source prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals efficiently.
- Own growth targets, including GMV and revenue, while upselling and cross‑selling existing clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in a startup or high‑growth environment.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quarterly or annual sales targets.
- Strategic thinker capable of turning market insights into actionable plans.
- Business‑level proficiency in English and strong alignment with Flexii’s mission.
- Solution‑sales mindset with a focus on results.
