Business Development Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Join the Additive Minds team at EOS as a Business Development Manager in Taiwan. You will drive market expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and strengthen the EOS and Additive Minds brands within the industrial 3D‑printing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new and existing markets, collaborating with global business development teams to maximize impact.
• Conduct opportunity analysis using advanced data analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Recruit, manage, and guide external advisors to gain deep market insights.
• Enable early‑stage customers through workshops and Additive Minds Academy services.
• Lead business acquisition efforts, working closely with Sales and Project Engineering to design custom project roadmaps.
• Elevate the Additive Minds brand by creating whitepapers, articles, conference presentations, and case studies.
• Develop tools and strategies to improve scalability and effectiveness of business development activities.

Required profile

• Visionary with a passion for additive manufacturing and a strong understanding of its applicable markets.
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
• Analytical skills for data‑driven decision making and trend identification.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and leveraging external advisors.
• Excellent communication skills, able to shape industry narratives through compelling content.
• Fluent in both Taiwanese and English, with willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasional global travel.
