Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager at Eli Lilly and Company (Taiwan) will develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands. The role aims to maximize market share, sales, and profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Lead development and execution of promotional materials, campaigns, and programs across digital, print, and event channels.
• Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, and global marketing teams to ensure integrated brand efforts.
• Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, market share, and KPIs, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage brand budgets to optimize resource allocation and return on investment.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on brand strategies, performance, and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related scientific field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of brand or product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Taiwan.
• Proven track record of launching new products or driving growth for established brands.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan’s pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory environment, and healthcare system.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.
