Brand Director – Taiwan

About the role

The Brand Director for Taiwan will lead the local execution of the global retail strategy, ensuring the brand achieves its sales targets and strengthens its market position. Reporting to the regional office, you will own the P&L for the Taiwan market and drive cross‑functional collaboration across sales, marketing, supply chain and events.

Key responsibilities

• Own the department P&L and deliver the retail strategy to meet sales objectives.
• Partner with the Brand Regional Office on initiatives that add local brand value.
• Lead, motivate and develop both frontline and office teams to optimise performance.
• Manage landlord relationships and ensure boutique compliance with brand standards.
• Plan, construct and monitor sales and budget across all channels, including DTC.
• Implement merchandising, incentive and action‑plan programs in collaboration with the regional team.
• Design and deliver training, coaching and incentive programmes for client‑service excellence.
• Work closely with CRM, supply chain, marketing and events to drive boutique performance.
• Identify and support wholesale opportunities, aligning direct‑retail and wholesale strategies.
• Support communications planning and represent the brand at the highest standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of market experience in brand management or retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Proactive, open‑minded and able to create opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and solid business acumen.
• Highly analytical, using data to support proposals.
• Proven team‑management success, building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Alignment with brand culture, values and company strategy.
