Bilingual Teacher – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual teacher to help train AI chatbots in both Chinese and English. You will interact with the models, assess their logical reasoning, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
• Measure progress of AI models through systematic testing.
• Write novel bilingual conversations to teach desired responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Independent contractor able to work remotely from Taiwan.
