About the role
The role focuses on developing hardware PCB module applications for automotive integrated circuits used in cabin systems. You will be responsible for the complete PCB development of system‑on‑chip (SoC) modules, ensuring designs meet automotive quality and manufacturing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB modules for automotive ICs, including schematic capture and layout.
- Conduct layout reviews and verify compliance with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) rules.
- Produce detailed design documentation and specifications for module production.
- Collaborate with module manufacturers to resolve design issues and optimize manufacturability.
- Support integration of SIP (System in Package) and SoM (System on Module) technologies into cabin system architectures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hardware PCB development for automotive applications.
- Strong ability to create and review PCB schematics and layouts.
- Hands‑on experience with SIP/SoM module development.
- Preferably experienced in working closely with module manufacturers.
