Associate Key Account Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Key Account Manager to support its MedTech channel sales in Taipei. The role focuses on implementing sales programs, tracking performance against quota, and collaborating with partners to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Help establish and implement innovative initiatives for Channel Sales under general supervision.
• Contribute to project components, programs, or processes related to Channel Sales.
• Assist in delivering sales versus quota on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned customers or geography.
• Identify opportunities to integrate new methods based on trend analysis, competitive landscape, and partner accounts to capture new business and close gaps.
• Support the implementation of systems that expand existing partnerships and collaborate routinely with named partners to develop strategies aligned with market vision.
• Document key performance indicators, configure sales forecasts, and examine sales cycle metrics.
