Asia Pacific Regional Manager/Director, Service Business Unit

About the role

The Asia Pacific Regional Manager/Director leads the Service Business Unit for Applied Materials' MDP/ALD service segment across the region. This senior position drives business strategy, product marketing, and field service operations to meet customer and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for regional business and customer strategy, planning and execution.
• Manage regional product marketing and field service teams, and collaborate with sales leadership to generate service opportunities.
• Develop market requirements, pricing models, financial plans and go‑to‑market strategies including the 7Ps of service marketing.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, operations, finance, legal and external partners to deliver service solutions.
• Present business progress to senior executives and stakeholders, and drive inorganic growth and partnership development.

Required profile

• Higher degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of industry experience.
• Deep expertise in wafer fabrication equipment and Metal/Atomic Layer Deposition products.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, global organization and influence without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis skills and experience in regional leadership or product marketing.
