About the role
We are looking for an AI Software Tool Engineer to design, build and integrate intelligent coding agents that accelerate our software development processes. The role combines AI research with practical software engineering to improve the overall development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate an AI agent harness to support coding tasks.
- Design and implement software engineering systems that streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Collect, analyse and document system requirements and design specifications.
- Provide rapid support for urgent system functionality or performance issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience with at least one of the following: agentic coding or spec‑first development using coding agents such as Claude, Codex or OpenCode.
- Hands‑on experience with version‑control tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Effective planning and execution skills.
- Additional experience in embedded system development or cellular 3GPP technology is a plus.
