Account Manager – Tyvek Roll Goods (C&IC & MPP)

About the role

The Account Manager will drive profitable growth of DuPont's Tyvek® Roll Goods business in Taiwan, covering Consumer & Industrial Applications (C&IC) and Medical Packaging Products (MPP). You will manage key accounts and channel partners while expanding market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets for the Taiwan Tyvek® Roll Goods business.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, converters, and end‑users to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
• Identify and develop new applications and business opportunities across C&IC and MPP markets.
• Lead customer engagement, business reviews, commercial negotiations, and opportunity pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Service, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and business reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account or channel management.
• Experience in specialty materials, packaging, healthcare, medical devices, or industrial products is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
